A: We notarize a wide range of documents including power of attorney, wills, affidavits, real estate documents, loan packages, and more.

 

 

 

 

 

Q: What do I need to bring for a notarization?

 

 

A: You must bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport, state ID).

 

 

 

 

 

Q: Can you notarize documents without ID?

 

 

A: No. Proper identification is required by Missouri law to complete notarizations.

 

 

 

 

 

Q: Do you offer after-hours or weekend appointments?

 

 

A: Yes, we offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. Additional fees may apply.

 

 

 

 

 

Q: Do you provide remote online notarization (RON)?

 

 

A: At this time, we provide in-person mobile notary services only.

 

 

 

 

 

Mobile Notary Pricing (St. Louis, MO)

 

 

Standard Notarization (1 signature): $10

 

 

Each additional signature (same visit): $10

 

 

Mobile travel fee (0- 10 miles): $40

 

 

Travel fee (10–25 miles): $50

 

 

After-hours or weekend appointments: +$25

 

Rush it Same day Appointments: $35

 

Packages

3 Signatures + travel: $60

Mobile Power of Attorney signing: $75

 

 

Loan signing package (up to 2 hours): $75- $200

 

 

Hospital or jail notarization: $50–$75 (depending on wait time/location)

 

 

All fees comply with Missouri notary laws and include a receipt upon request.
